one is an orchid and the other is an anemone from the sea. I didn't realize I was taking sort of the same photograph on land as under the sea.

common nudibranch but I have never seen one this size until I visited Apo Island in the Philippines. beautiful there. I wonder what the nudibranchs eat there because they are gigantic!

solar powered nudibranch that someone called the spaghetti nudibranch. the way the "tentacles" are positioned, I think it looks more like a Hindu Indian goddess such as Durga!
